Straight facts, no fluff

I stopped for a night after a long drive. The staff was polite and efficient at check-in. The location is just off the interstate with restaurants a short drive away. My room was clean and had a fridge and microwave. Breakfast offering was decent, with good coffee and hard boiled eggs, making it a solid pit stop.

great service but lacking amenities

The main staff member at the desk provided outstanding service. He was efficient, friendly, and really made us feel welcome during our stay.

However, the hotel lacked sufficient amenities and restaurant options.

The hotel had a fantastic location near Cuyahoga Valley National Park, making it easy to explore the area. The newly remodeled rooms were clean and offered a good value for the price, and the free breakfast, especially the sausage biscuits and gravy, was a delightful surprise. However, noise from cleaning staff early in the morning was disruptive, and there were some cleanliness issues in shared areas like the hallways and grounds.

Great pool for the kids!

We had a fun time! The indoor pool was awesome for my kids, they didn’t want to get out! Staff was friendly and super helpful. The breakfast was a bit underwhelming though, and it took ages for them to fix the coffee machine. Overall, like how dog-friendly the place is! Will consider next time!
